1.How to apply for a refund & return
Items eligible for refund & return
·Items that are damaged, stained, lost, or come with incorrect size/color can be issued with a refund.
·After receiving your order, you have up to 30 days to apply for a refund。
·All items shipping back for refund must be brand new and repacked into their original package, including all labels and packing materials.
·You will be issued a refund after we receive your item.
·Please place your email address and order number in a visible place
Items not eligible for refund & return
·Items that are damaged and cannot be resold due to the consumers.
·Orders that have exceeded their 30-day period since arrival.
Note: All returns must be authorized by the Homoth service Center. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
2.Refund & Return procedure and time frame
Please follow our refund & return procedure closely to minimize the risk of delays
If your items can be issued with a refund (according to the above policies), please provide the below information to our service department.
·SKU number or the name of the product
·Reason for your return
Please contact our Customer Service if you need to make a refund.
Our service department will reply to your request within 24 hours and provide you with the return merchandise authorization form (RMA) and our shipping address.
Please return the item according to the instructions on the RMA and provide the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
You will receive a refund confirmation email after we have processed the return and issued your refund. It may take a few business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement, depending on your bank
After your refund is issued, please note the following refund time frames
·Credit card refund – please wait for 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to be finalized
·Electronic wallet (store credit) refund – please refresh your account in 24 hours.
·PayPal refund – it will take up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
3.Delivery cost and address
The seller will take care of the return delivery cost if the return is caused by quality issues. The buyer will pay the delivery fee first. We will refund the item fee along with the delivery fee after we receive the returned product.
If there are no quality issues with the product, the buyer will be responsible for the delivery cost. Please contact your local post office to confirm your actual return delivery cost.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
